The fee list for our Non-NHS services has been updated to reflect the work required and to be in line with other local practices. Ask at reception to see a list of fees for letters and medical reports.
How are fees decided?
– Time taken to complete a physical examination by a clinician (if required)
– A review of your full medical history by a GP to complete a report
– Administration time in filing and preparing medical reports/examinations
You may see the private letters or medical reports as a quick sign-it and leave, thinking that it just needs a signature or quick conversation however, a lot more goes into a medical letters and reports, even if it only requires a few questions from a GP.
