Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a group of patients and staff working together to make important improvements for everyone.
Do you have any suggestions or ideas that would benefit patient care at Radford Medical Practice and The Student Health Centre?
Would you like to find out more about the practice and the services we are developing?
Are you able to meet with us in an informal setting and / or respond to surveys and communications via post and email?
We know that you are busy, so we meet only a few times per year at the surgery and hope that you can join us.
If you can’t make meeting in person, then don’t worry – you can still be a part virtually.
Your views are important and will be listened to. It may not be possible to act on every suggestion, but all feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration. Working in a spirit of mutual respect, openness and trust, all patients’ views will be discussed and, where appropriate, we will work together on solutions.
